本集团董事长，现任太盟投资集团合伙人、私募股权业务联席主管及太盟中国总裁，同时担任大连新达盟商业有限公司董事长。
黄德炜先生于2011年加入太盟投资集团。加入太盟投资集团前，于2006年至2010年曾任职于全球领先的另类资产管理公司TPG，担任副总裁职务并负责亚洲地区股权投资的评估和执行；于1999年至2005年曾任职于摩根士丹利投资银行部，先后从事中国市场的并购和股权融资业务以及北美中型企业并购业务的工作。黄德炜先生目前还担任国内领先工业气体企业盈德气体的董事长、全球高端连锁咖啡品牌%ARABICA的董事长、意大利创新医药研发企业NERVIANO MEDICAL SCIENCES的董事长、并担任全球领先颜料企业先尼科化工、奈雪的茶、金苹果教育、汇量科技、数传集团以及国药集团下属国药租赁的董事，也曾担任腾讯音乐娱乐集团的董事。
