As of June 30, 2022, we have provided commercial operation services to 425 owners.

value-added services to merchants, in addition to providing operational assistance to some merchants with
the help of our digital merchant operation analysis system to help them improve their performance.
As of June 30, 2022, the Company had more than 90,200 offline merchants, of which more than 73,800 were
enrolled in the Company's online platform.

For the twelve months ended June 30, 2022, Wanda Plaza had 4,392.2 million visitors and the Company's
membership reached 93.7 million as of June 30, 2022.
